I am so happy Steve is alive and that Rhodey is alive too.

I also expected Tony to seem unreasonable - not familiar with the comics but I have heard much about them from fandom - so like you, I thought Tony was sympathetic though I didn't agree with him. I thought the movie emphasized how similar their two personality traits are in some ways, which was the source of conflict.
