The season ends for about 1/4th of the team on Tuesday, and they still haven't ordered the team shirts... they don't include anyone outside of their group in anything, and they're doing a crappy job of "promoting team togetherness" or whatever Davis said they should do.
AND they make the weakest swimmers on the team use the more difficult equipment so they can use the easiest and not apply themselves. But that's the captains and their group.
