[Selene's on her way out, modest possessions stuffed into a pack she's got slung over her shoulders. She has already told her father about her new assignment, having gone to him the moment she knew so as not to make him worry, but she's dragged her heels about notifying the remaining officers.

It's not that they aren't entitled to know, she's well aware they are, but at the same time she isn't sure how to broach the subject. They're co-workers and they're soldiers, it's not the same as telling a parent that she's been assigned to a new mission.

But despite not having a clue how to go about it she looks for Commander Lucerne at least, since it'd be inconvenient for him to give an order to someone that wasn't there]
