When he heard a voice call out, Balthier whipped around to the direction it had come from, and quickly located a very small girl standing at the edge of a potted plant.

"Ah, there you are!" he exclaimed, closing the distance between them, and extending a hand. He let his fingers rest along the edge of the pot, so she could easily climb on. Why the concept of a tiny girl climbing onto his hand didn't strike him as odd in the slightest was something left to ponder when his mind was working perfectly clearly again. At the moment, all he really knew was that he felt quite pleased to be of service.

"It does seem that you've gotten yourself into quite the predicament today," he commented lightly as he waited for her to get safely to his hand.
