Damn, I guess I've been busy.  You don't really realize how quickly time goes by while you're riding the current.  I've been rather busy with work and my classes.  Work's been going pretty well.  I've been enjoying this last month, despite the fact that Sandy's been on third shift this week.  School is going well, too.  I'm really enjoying my Bible

You don't know me, not really, but we've met. I have lurked on your LJ for a long time, and I've been tempted to post before, but I've had my reasons for abstaining. I think I'll give into the temptation this time. I don't know your and Jesse's history any further than what you write and what he has told me, but it seems like you don't know him as well as you claim to.

While Jesse isn't the same person he was when we were college roommates, I still know him to be a more honorable person than you make him appear in your postings. Anyone who reads your journal, and doesn't know him would take him as some kind of immature person who doesn't care for other people's feelings, and I want your readers to know that this isn't the case, even if it is the way you feel.

Regarding Theresa, if she has any reason to feel threatened by you, it has nothing to do with any of the traits which you listed, I assure you. If there is anything that you exceed her at, it would be malice and treachery towards others.

As one of Alicia's good friends and her roommate, I can assure you that no matter how much she insisted to me that Jesse was a nice guy (as you seem to be insisting), I never was lucky enough to see that side of him. No matter what anyone says, actions will always speak louder than words and until I witness some of Jesse's "honorable" behavior, I will never find him worthy of that title. Please do not be angry at Alicia for my words, because she is in no way responsible for them. I have held my tounge for long enough, and if you take issue with this, I am her roommate, so she will most certainly know where to find me and you can address it directly from the source.

Malice and treachery, Matt? I'm afraid I'm not in possession of those traits, but if you want to familiarize yourself with them, I suggest you spend more time with Theresa. She sufficiently displayed her talent for both when she attempted to force all of Jesse's friends to choose sides when he supposedly "left" her for me. When he asked her why she was trying to turn all of his friends against him, she told him that he deserved it for what he had supposedly done to her. He himself acknowledged that his relationship with Theresa is unhealthy and that he thought he was only going back to her because he's comfortable with her since she doesn't challenge him and seems to expect nothing from him, including honesty. He told me a great many things about her, and swore that there was no comparison between us, that she was in no way the amazing person that I am. And, on the two occasions that I had the misfortune to run into her, I must say that I was seriously underwhelmed. To draw a quote from one of Jesse's favorite movies, she has

Also, Matt, I thought I'd let you know that you're welcome to post on my site whenever you like. And to address your suggestion that I don't know him as well as you do, perhaps it's the other way around. After all, you've been living in West Virginia for quite a while now.
