Is there a way to customize the news feed? I dislike how big the text is and how much space is wasted. Let us not even get into the fact that my color schemes for different people are all gone, now.

and holy shit, why does it have to put 'NO SUBJECT' in huge text?! No subject didn't used to be noticeable at all.

I made the mistake of clicking on the 'try the new style' or whatever it was at the top of the page. Now I can't figure out how to go back.

The advice I've seen is:
So I resorted to an all caps support ticket and got a prompt friendly reply. The answer is pretty awesome in terms of obtuse site design:

When viewing any system page that shows the standard blue header banner (such as the home page), there will be a link labeled 'Post in blog' near the right side of the banner, a blank space, and then an envelope icon. Click on that blank space between 'Post in blog' and the envelope icon'.

I tried this and it worked. Here is where you need to click:

THANK YOU! And it took two clicks to actually get back the the style I was used to, the bastards. But it seems the increase in font size is here to stay. I wonder how I did THAT.
