Oh, this is sweet. For me, JaBun's always been about separation (I always thought Jackal would go back to Brazil at some point), although it was always Marui who I thought would worry about it more.

Marui flailing for chips was adorable, but somehow the parts that got to me the most were Different length legs. Different size feet. and the grass, for some reason.

The reality of separation for them is something I've contemplated several times, on both sides. It's the codependency of doubles that gets to me. I tend to think that Jackal is a great big homebody and wherever he puts down roots is where he's going to stay. There's a thousand scenarios I could write and several that I've read. Some very good ones at that. Haha.

I'm glad that you liked the little details. Those are always my favorite parts.

Aw!~ That was so cute and poor Jackal is starting to realize that Marui might be so important to him for more than just friendship. It has a bit of an itch style edge with the creeping realization. ^_^ Liked it very much.
