Summary:
Playing with Freud and Arthur. (Me and my cold come up with the most interesting ideas. ;) All right, the original idea was slightly different, but this is more fun.)
After Sophia leaves, Arthur starts to have strange dreams.
In them, Arthur is dealing with the attraction he feels toward Merlin.
The lake (water) is a metaphor for Arthur's subconscious; Excalibur represents Arthur's masculinity, so let's say it's a generic symbol of his sexuality, which has been awakened by Merlin. A fact that Arthur erroneously attributed to Sophia and her charms. Without the restrictions (and the role) that Arthur is subjugated to when he is awake, he reworks the scenario with Sophia and replaces her with Merlin.
The vid acts upon the possibility that Arthur might remember snippets of what happened at the lake and is able to access them trough his dreams. Of course, his version of events is mingled with his desires.
Or, who knows, Merlin might really have done something that night... ;)

I made this vid to try out the new software.
I've reason the believe it didn't turn out as well as I hoped, but hey, I tried my best. *shrugs*
