What good and bad things have you heard about Spartan Village? Be honest. MSU might try to stick me there as an alternative to Owen.

It's far away from everything (but a bus runs through).
It has dorm furniture, from what I've seen.
It's not as ghetto as Cedar Village though, because it's a lot of faculty/families and grad students.

a lot of international students live there & grad students. more of an older crowd from what i hear, but could be totally wrong.

not really close, especially if you're going to be on the east side of campus.
