Temporary Relief
Ok, things are going much better. We went to the county today for food assistance (aka food stamps) and we qualify for expidited need. So we'll be getting $376 tomorrow for food. Which was my #1 concern, specifically since #1 has such picky eating habits. He'd been living off of peanut butter and jam sandwiches for the past five days.

Had a rough couple of weeks. Work didn't schedule me for 11 days (computer error and then human error for not double checking the computer - manager not me). So that hurt the paycheck. Thru the weekend
Had an awesome weekend. Saturday Rolo picked me up and we (plus a mutual friend from college) went and got pedicures. Then we went down to St Paul and picked up another mutual friend and we all headed over to Stillwater where they hold the Shepard's Harvest Sheep and Wool Festival every Mother's Day weekend. Resigned
I registered for summer classes. Only because I'm hoping for some financial aid to pay rent. But I'm pretty sure I won't be allowed back in, just yet.
Also: I should be graduating this month. I'm not. Who was I to think I could do it? -

I'm tired. Just finished three hours of homework. Which, for the record...is a record for me. Given my ADD and fun stuff - I managed to sit down and make myself take 6 quizzes, respond to 6 chapter postings, and make a power point slide show. \o ( Read more... )
