This was seriously cute and really fun - I loved how blase Mikey was about everything, and Gerard's Social Concerns. <3 Plus, The Princess Bride is totally an iconic story, and I love how well you made it your own.

i actually like film/book au's like this better, because otherwise you know exactly what's going to happen.

Oh, gods, yes! Totally agreed! I mean, some straight-up book/film AUs can be good, but it's so easy to fall into rote repetition of the plot, regardless of the fact that you have different characters with different motivations/personalilties/etc. It's much more fun when the author puts a twist on it! =D

I LOVE HIM WHEN HE IS AT HIS MOST GERARDY! \0/ Which is why I tend to write him that way... XD
