I heard about it on the radio this morning. Z100 sent their little crazy guy down there to find out if it really was so dangerous. He didn't get shot at while I was listening, but kept freaking out because it just looks like crap. Then he'd talk to locals and see if they thought that being the most dangerous city in America was a valid label, and they were all like, yeah, that's about right. i'm scared as hell about 85% of the time.

The funny follow-up to that story is that Brick was voted something like the second or third safest town in America. That's why I love being a Jersey cockroach - we have whatever you need right here.

I find it hilarious that Dover is in the top ten safest. From what I can gather, Sussexites view the township with a bit of trepidation, mostly the younger womenfolk. Locally, it is known as "Dover Rico" and we all know how much the Latinos like whistling at white women.

Personally, Dover hasn't seemed scary at all. Then again, I am from New Brunswick. Plus, Latinos aren't that attracted to me. Scary? No. Boring? Pretty much.
