The SF Botanical Garden - Spring Trip

As the weather was beautiful today I wandered over the the San Francisco Botanical Garden and took pictures of flowers. There were a lot of people in the garden today, which was nice to see. Also swung by Green Apple to snag some more books. It was a nice morning. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Damn, what a gorgeous day in the City! I loved the pictures of the photographer and also the squirrels overrunning the benched gentleman. Going to give my "favorite flower" award to the little blue-purples ones that almost looked like orchids growing in rosemary. So pretty! Thank you for posting the pics - makes me jealous I was stuck in Starbucks all day!

It was amazingly nice and only really started to get too warm by the time I got home. I was also happy that so many flowers were still up. The man being over run by squirrels was actually feeding them (which is against park rules), but clearly they knew him. The squirrels there (and there are a lot of them) are completely not afraid of people. It actually made me uncomfortable with how close they were willing to pass by ME, lol.
