how does one maintain a healthy relationship with someone who is 2000 miles away?
especially when that person is leaving for south america in july
where she plans to stay for a least 9 months
that is longer than i have even known her

....is it futile?
im sure that at least one person who reads this knows how well i do long-distance

Do you let it go now or hold on to it until it's gone?

Not that what I said is really helpful.

What is the relationship worth to you?

cant say really
she always seemed like the type that i could live with for the rest of my life
but at the same time i don't know that i even really miss her right now
im not sure if that is just cause in general i don't miss people much
or if it cause i am ok with not being with her...
regardless, I feel as though i will regret ending it
and part of me also says i need to.

Andrew lived 4000 miles away from me, so I assume that long distance works for some people...

nick, good sir, i'd give you advice on that, but i can't even manage to maintain a friendship with a girl that i care about whom i see every week. regardless, i wish you and yours the best and i hope it all works out for the best.

if it were me?

it'd be futile. but that's because i'm crap at long distance things.

if she means enough to you, go for it. you never know.
