“Oh, honestly, Detective, they’re just brine shrimp. Do you think I would trust an eight-year-old child with anything more high-maintenance than that?”
“It’s not the sea monkeys I’m worried about!”
“ ‘Sea monkeys?’ Is that what you are calling them nowadays?”
“That’s what they call them on TV, yeah. What’s the big deal?”
“It’s a grossly inaccurate term! Shrimp and monkeys are nothing alike. I fail to grasp how anyone could have come up with that association in the first place.”
“Yeah, I don’t get it either.”
“Your television announcers obviously have poor eyesight.”
