It always perplexed me that those "Friends only; comment to be added" entries are always public. I mean, it serves a functional purpose; after all, people who are friends can already see the journal and people who aren't need to know they haven't pulled a stevie wonder (you ever notice he always had his arms up in the air real awkwardly, like he was trying to take off a tight sweater?) but the whole thing contradicts itself by saying "I am a friends only journal" to the whole world. "Only my friends can read this"... does this make me your friend?

Oh I know how people give you crap about your journal.

Sometimes my friends would stare at me in a very concerned way until I'd say, "WHAT?!! WHO DIED?!!"

They'd say: I read your journal last night..

Me: -sigh- Oh

Sometimes they take it too serious, you know?!!
