Oh, you have one of those strange hatchlings? And you call yourself a 'Creator'? That's kinda similar to the way dragons are born back home, with the Elders summoning energy every generation for the eggs. I suppose they 'create', too.

My species is inorganic, so to say we're "born" would be really misleading. It's basically the same thing, though.

Dragons don't come from a mother and a father, though adults tend to take eggs and raise them as their own. Only the Elders can summon enough energy every so many years. Usually about every century or so, though only a small percent manage to survive.

[It's sort of nice to be able to talk to someone without having to stop and explain that she is a dragon beforehand. Most humans just get confused.]

[Kevas sits on the bed cradling Skyracer in his arms. Bags are forming beneath his eyes. He's barely slept since she arrived. Skyracer, on the other hand, seems quite energetic. Kevas is doing his best just to keep her from squirming out of his arms.]

She ate all da food in her bag already. Gonna have to find her some more.
