I know it probably sounds pretty weird, but for some reason the way it was written reminds me of two different VNV Nation songs... I don't mean that in a bad way at all though. Haha you must know by now how much of a VNV Nation fan I've become. :P Really, I'm just weird and like to put familiar music to things that I read all the time.

I think maybe the reason I made the initial connection was probably because of the words "Give me time..." seen here:

Well I wasn't thinking of vnv but thats cool that such a connection was made! I was thinking of Thursday when I wrote it even the line 'like rain onto pavement' is a near-copy of one of their songs. But I meant it for an emo song I guess...
