i did quite a few alterations (skipped a curves layer -- ugh, i hate them -- and only did the first two selective colour layers before adding one of my own) and since my base didn't have any green, it came up rather different, but i'm pretty pleased.

I experimented a little bit with the textures, because it made my icon very bright. xD;
