I wish I could write some comments to help you and maybe guide but these are so fascinating and I want to see them when they are finished! So excited:) the wig is gorgeous:)
Thanks! I'm excited to finish them too, though I'm lazy so those feelings conflict, haha. So far laziness has won. And man, I wish I was running around in that wig right now! XD
I think the toning of these 2 pieces are great so far! I especially like how the top one is coming on.. nice composition! (and I like the hands on the portrait. I think most of us will agree that hands = rrgh!)
Thank you!! Yea, hands really are a pain- I think the one holding the bowl is still especially too big. I may just leave them as little graphite outlines since it's supposed to be all about the face anyway.
Great Work!

They look SO AMAZING!!! Of course, your stuff always looks fantastic anyway ;-) The masculine/feminine one is such a cool concept. Really love it. The suggestion I would have would be to put a pop colour into either the wine glasses or the shawl. It seems to me that it would make it look more dimensional as well as provide more contrast between the male and female figures. Also, it is a very sexy peice of work, and I love the mood of it!
I also love the shading and colouring you've done on the self portrait. Really goregeous! I especially like how you made your hair look so soft and textured.
Aw, thanks!! :D I do want to give it some color, but for now we're supposed to finish it out in the monochrome. That'll definitely give more sweetness to the scene. And that'd really be nice to be famous, then we could all go out and buy little teacup dogs and hang out at the Playboy mansion, haha. It was great seeing you this weekend! :]
