on the night of my grandfather's viewing/rosary i finally erased shannon's number from my phone. i hadn't even thought about it being there for months and now that it's gone i'm fine with it not being there.

at 835 this morning he passed away. he was not in any pain and passed very quietly. my mother and his wife, my grandmother, were by his side.

i'm sad.

he was a wonderful person and an amazing grandfather. i'm going to miss his phone calls asking how i was doing and how the house was going. i can't wait to see him again.

my mom just called and told me they think my grandfather's about to die

today was a super stressful day and all i did was deal with people on the phone regarding the house. i can't wait for all this to be done. i just want to go home and return to the life i was living. it won't be exactly the same but hopefully it'll be a good different.
