I know about this. There's some crackpot company in California that thinks they've Copyrighted the Cheng Ming cases, and are suing everyone else that is OEMing them in the US. Literally everyone else. They've even send us 'threatening faxes.'

We just turned them over to our distributor. The sad idiots have no case, and will most likely get laughed out of court and forced to pay everyone's lawyer fees.
