Great chapter. I like that Lucius and Narcissa are not evil. And I agree with Lucius - Harry is very good for Severus.

I like to think they just made mistakes in their life and now they're correcting them.

Thanks for the review.

As I already told you on my last review. I love how very simply you keep on giving us a sense of developing closeness between the boys. The opening scene of this chapter is a very good example of that. You include the forgotten book next to them, subtly implying that they had been enjoying a relaxing evening of reading together, even though we find them already moved past that, into the evening's more... satisfying... entertainment. Then you end this section with their tired sort of.. nesting... together amid the folds of their transfigured blankets and it really feels like the most amazingly comforting love scene ( ... )

*blushes* I love you're in depth reviews. They never fail to make me smile. and I find that Harry was finally trying to read Hogwarts: A history extremely funny - which is why I included it.

Harry really is a force to be reckoned with. I see him as a good person trying to do good things. The Malfoys, as slytherins, really are unprepared for him. lol

My favorite part of this chapter is actually the nesting. specifically: "the smell of books and sex permeating the air; maybe I did die and this is heaven."
I like the idea that books and sex are the smells he would equate to heaven.
