[is actually just ~passing through~, a towel round his neck cause he was exercising and is therefore pretty sweaty, but sees Snake sitting in a corner, who looks pretty down]

[continues, acknowledging Fox with a silent nod. The parrot, however, chooses this opportunity to fly over to Fox, perching on his head]

[sad crowing] Haaaal...

[bats the bird away. softly. ahem]

Why are you keeping a parrot?

[solid_courage]

[the parrot squawks, alarmed, before flying over to a nearby shelf and watching the two with cautious eyes]

Keeping it for a friend. [looks up, pausing in his work] Don't eat it.

[voice]

[standsonhands]

But silence is booooooooooooooooooring.

[voice]

[solid_courage]

You'd rather listen to screaming?

[voice]

[standsonhands]

Well... no. But it's not like the only options are silence and screaming.

[voice]

Then what would you like to hear?

[hearthehowl]

[She's left her usual spot on the roof of the theatre, moving silently through the building. When she sees Snake, she pauses, eying the parrot.]

... your pet?

[solid_courage]

No. A friend's.

[glances up] When did you get here?

[hearthehowl]

Not long after I arrived.

[She's not surprised he hadn't noticed.]

I've been staying on the roof.

[solid_courage]

You know you can come in anytime you want, right?

I wish something would happen though. Well, something that isn't all about causing mayhem or whatnot at least...

I don't think there's much else to expect from this place, though.

Yeah, you're probably right about that one. What a pity though.
