So update on getting fit

I've been going to the gym everyday except this weekend.  I've lost nearly 20 pounds, not counting the 35 I lost just having him.  I wish I could say that puts me below prepreg weight.  Nope, 10 over still plus 15 I gained from my miscarriage.  I need to lose 25 just to be back to normal.  It's definitely coming off and I am doing good just wish I' ( Read more... )

I didn't give any of my kids Vitamin D and lived in NH and #3 is living above your Latitude. Vitamin D was researched and is sold by the same phamacutical companies that make formula. And Dr Jack says it's just something that makes Breastfeeding seem more difficult? how's that?

good work! I am glad it is going well for you! I had such a time getting all that weight off after Cady. Holy crap! I hope you are where you want to be soon, and then we need picture of the hotness. You are one hot mama, that is for sure.

Haha!! This cracked me up! Sounds like you are doing well! Most people wouldn't even care about it after five kids. You amaze me, your endless energy and determination. Next time I am whining about going to pilates because I;ve worked all day I am going to think of you!
