It was really good to see you (and Hallsi) too. Sorry to hear about the unpleasantness, and I'll try to mail you that shirt ASAP.

Incidentally, I had exactly the same impression of San Francisco. It made me feel claustrophobic because I couldn't see the sky. Did you see Berkeley, though? I really, really liked it there.

Portland is one of my favorite cities. I like Oregon, I'm looking forward to my roadtrip there next month.

Bummer about the break-in. = / Glad you're undaunted, though. And that your San Diego experience was a positive one. = )

I cannot believe I just got to San Diego two hours ago and you are now in Oregon. Heartbreaking, but another excuse for me to find my way back over to the east coast. I hope your trip is going well. I miss you terribly.

I saw your post on the UR community, and while I can't help you (I am but a lowly undergrad), I did want to say that I love your username and that I hope you are enjoying the west coast...going from the west coast to Rochester is something of a culture shock.

But you probably already knew that.
