Claire was surprised at how quickly he turned around on his impressions of Parker. It went from "someone I don't like that I should expel from my world" to "someone who needs my help!" in the blink of an eye. And he will absolutely endeavor to help Parker with her neuroses, because really, professional thieves have honor and integrity too; Claire knows, he's familiar with quite a few of them. If she's going to be the best like she says she is, she'll need to get over these hurdles, so in Claire's mind torturing the kleptomania out of her is really going to be in her best interests.
That having been said, I AM SO SORRY HE WANTS TO HELP YOU
Lotti would be a lot more interesting to Claire if she wasn't trying so hard. OH GOODNESS. She is hilarious to him, especially with how touchy-feely she is. Gosh. Gosh. He's at the point where he regards her mostly as something to give him laughs when he's bored. He'd really like to torture and kill her, though, and is probably going to slowly gauge his ability to do so once he finds out more about the lion... thing. That's also funny. You have a lion in you.
Setsuna is definitely a self-righteous kind of person in Claire's eyes, and Claire doesn't hate that, but he finds it annoying, especially when you're overly judgmental, which is also how Claire sees Setsuna. It's a problem, and he'd rather Setsuna get over himself before judging others, but he's not going to go out of his way to, ahem, "change his perspective". (yet?!) Claire understands that there are always going to be people like Setsuna in his world, and that's fine.
Hilariously, Claire is a bit humbled by Katherine. She's so pretty! And so... forward! And hitting on him! kyaa kyaa. o///o!! BUT obviously he has no interests in infidelity, so he's going to be a gentleman for the most part until such events dictate that he cut her into tiny pieces or something, which is also something he'd like to do eventually. He'll totally bar-hop with her in the meantime, though.
Claire has mixed thoughts on Fuuma! On the one hand, he seems like a good (if secretive) guy who knows how to have a conversation catered to Claire's interests. He definitely wants to keep talking to Fuuma, at the very least. On the other hand, Fuuma is someone who has a vested interest in people very close to him and plans to come to Manhattan to see those people, and Claire is only hearing of this involvement now. It is a bit of an invasive feeling, and he's not comfortable with that, but at the same time is too intrigued by the idea of memory loss/outsiders close to Luck/TIME TRAVEL!? omfg/etc. to feel that upset.

Really, the best part is that she made him blush.
