It doesn't matter if they don't let you rent movies at the front desk or tell you not to talk in the hallways...it still doesn't stop the girl across the hall from singing songs from High School Musical all night long. *pokes* hey you I'm home, so if you want to do something other than sleep to recover from your final, I could probably head down and bother you. I agree about quiet hours, everyone just gets so sick of studying and they don't have anywhere better to go because everyone else is trying to study so they get all antsy and make noise. And I'd say weekend finals should be illegal, but if they get you done and home sooner they can't be all that bad.

yea here they don't care about quiet hours either. The room right across from us had a sleep over one night and they stayed up all night and giggled. Also the drunks like running down the hall screaming.
