I feel the need to accomplish things. I feel the need to finish everything in one fell swoop and be done with it. It frustrates me that it just isn't possible. I've come to the conclusion that my stress is 33.3333333% self-created. It's almost as if my solution to stress is to make myself feel like I feel more stress so that when I take away the self-created strss I feel like I have so much less left to do, even though my work load hasn't gotten any lighter.
