Could anyone give me some magical tips for dealing with bad dreams? I've been having a ton of them for the past few weeks and it's having a seriously detrimental effect on my mental health. Some of them have been this recurring dream I have that's related to some trauma, so anything to deal with those kinds of dreams specifically would be ( Read more... )

My husband made me a very simple dream catcher- bear with me- out of a paper plate. It happened to be a set that I had admired at the store, because I am a purple fanatic and I also love paisleys and this set had both. He bought a stack, used the first to cut a heart out, punched little holes around the heart, and wove rainbow yarn through the holes like any traditional dream catcher would have. The 1st thing to do is make sure it's not your location. Bless your bedroom and esp the bed and pillows. If that doesn't work by itself, try a ritual bath with Consecrated seasalt. Those should take care of any Outside influences on your Dreams.
Inside? An Aromatherapy bath with Lavender, Rosemary or Neroli should set the "mood";>!
Cheers,
Pat
