American Apparel. Truly awesome socks, even for the outrageous price of $8/per. They've outlasted every pair of socks I bought alongside them (I was trying things out) including Lands end and a bag of socks labeled "work socks" from a "work clothes" store.
The best part, of course, is that you are buying socks knitted by an American based indentured servant, rather than a Chinese or Malaysian sweatshop worker.

if you can afford it, merino wool is a much better alternative and still natural.
