I kind of like how it's gone so far. I really dislike Callie and I think George knows he made a mistake in marrying her. I'm not justifying the cheating but I think George felt trapped because he didn't feel like he could leave Callie. He wanted that marriage like his parents had and I don't think he wanted to hear "I told you so" from his friends. I don't know. I'm sure George/Izzie won't be happy anytime soon anyway. I think Callie's gonna pull out the fake pregnancy card in a final act of desperation.
Hee, I accidentally wound up responding to this over on that other post. And . . . it was possibly minorly offensive because I talked in great detail about how much I hate this show.
But however! The short version was, essentially, oh man they are sweet.
Ugh I can't stand Callie. She trapped George in a terrible marriage and I have this sick feeling that she's going to trap him even further with the fake pregnancy card. I have so much burning dislike for her, which makes me sad because Sara Ramirez is a thousand kinds of amazing.
Aw, bummer. I actually haven't watched the show since the second episode of season three, and I thought she was really cool back then, but I am definitely behind on the times!
And, yeah, I really liked the idea of George/Izzie back when I started watching at like the end of season two, but never thought it'd actually happen, so it's cool that they're actually doing something with them. It sucks that he's already with someone else while they're doing it, though -- it kinda reminds me of Xander/Willow in season three, where on one hand you were like, "Eee, AT LAST," and on the other, it was all, "Oh, the horrible destruction that shall be wrought! Poor Cordy and Oz!"
