Tyr watched as Rory pulled out his journal, sending a quick message to Kit. It would be good to finally be on their way. It seemed like so much preparation had been put into getting everything ready for this conference, and he imagined that it was the same for all groups at the different locations. It would be nice when everything began and they could hopefully come to some agreements and gain better stability for all of Solluna's inhabitants.

It wasn't long before they received Kit's reply. Waiting patiently Tyr turned to watch the sky, anticipating the dragon's arrival.

As Rory flipped his journal close, he glanced up at the sky, feeling a bit foolish for doing so so soon after receiving Kit's reply. The dragon was fast, yes, but couldn't teleport. At least, not insofar as Rory knew. The silence was suddenly uncomfortable, and Rory began to speak, eyes still following the ghosts of murky clouds, wondering what secrets they were hiding.

"Well, what do you think?" he asked aloud, moving to sit on one of the benches. "About the conference. There are a few faces I wouldn't mind seeing again, a few sensible people that could help get things back in order, such as Booker, but at the same time I'm a bit uneasy about this Lady Kasuga. We don't know what to expect, and I don't want to assume alliances just yet. Honestly..."

Rory paused, not quite wanting to address the sentiment himself, but it was a possibility that had to be considered. "In a situation as dire as this, it's very, very easy for people's primal survival instincts to eclipse their better judgment. Conflict could easily take surface, ( ... )

Tyr's line of sight dropped from the sky to meet Rory's eyes, his brow furrowed in thought. "Most encounters have led me to believe that most of the people here are the level headed type, but as you say, even the most stable beings can me pushed beyond their limits." His eyes returned to looking at the sky. "I think that as long as we are fair, and ensure that everyone has what they need to survive, that no one will feel pushed to that extreme. It is also important that we show that we are strong enough that we cannot be pushed around."

"You are far too forgiving of human history, my friend," Rory said with a humorless grin. He wondered for a moment if he had been too hasty in use of the term 'human' considering much of his company, but continued regardless. "Even in the best of climates, people will always feel the need to manipulate and control one another. It just can't be helped. But I'm reassured by your thoughts on apparent strength. We won't overstep our bounds, but it's good to make ourselves known ( ... )

The dragon swooped lower, folding his wings so as not to brush anything while coming in for his landing; he bounced on all fours a time or two to slow as he came closer, mane flopping into his eyes as he finally halted and shook himself. His wings settled in their places along his back, and he lowered his head to look at both men before him.

He blinked at them, noticing their new clothing, and found himself appreciating the designs and style. "Your new garb suits you both. I am sure the other delegates will approve as well. And speaking of said conference, shall we be leaving?"
