I wonder also if it might be some of the foods types I'm not eating at the moment were making me "puffy" or retaining water, as I don't feel so "puffy", though I've definatley lost weight, and can feel it.
That is a lot! Probably a lot of fluid, so you may not lose that much in a week again, but don't give up!
Shouldn't talk about food too much, when you're concentrating on cutting back, but I thought I'd mention that my son won a few dining out vouchers last week, in the "My Dish" competition. He was disappointed not to win the overall prize, but had some lovely meals out with his vouchers.
I know, the bigger you are to start with too, the more you lose in the first two weeks. Then I'll be lucky if its 100g a week from then on! Oh well, Took a while to put it there I suppose.

I have to take my dad out to dinner before he goes back to England for the winter (great planning - 2 winters in a row!) I have to plan in advance how I can stick to the diet and have a good time!
