[Stuck in the cottage on account of the weather as he weighs up possible employment options, Ron sees this and amazingly picks up on actual clues for once in his life and well...this wasn't the happy, wagging animal he's spoken to on previous occasions and he settles himself into a more comfortable position, watching the screen.]

Hey. [It's said about as gently as he really can say things.] Are you okay?

[Her head lifts, nose wrinkling a little as though trying to catch the scent before recognizing the voice. Though she realizes soon it's coming from the Dreamberry, she shifts closer with a light whine escaping her.

Her ears perk forward before pressing back for a moment, though she nods her head.]

[He reaches a hand out before remembering that they're talking through a screen and he gives it a sympathetic look.]

Did something happen?

[Her eyes rest to a close, as though being petted but even if he was unable to- it was the thought that counts.

Afterward, her tail lifts the stylus to send a written message.]

A good friend has gone home, it seems.

Aw mate.

[He can imagine how he'd feel if one of his friends went home and he knows how terrible he'd feel then.]

[A gentle doggy smile shows, tilting her head a little to the side. She really appreciates such concern.]

You sure? I could come over...bring some of the surplus food that's still in the cottage.

[Her tail wags, her mood beginning to slowly reflect her usual.]

It's probably safer to stay indoors with the blizzards running, perhaps after they calm down.

I see your point. As soon as it clears up though, I'll be over.

[Her tail gives a few more happy sways, clearly happy to hear that. She may not say it, but she would appreciate the company.]
