That's one of the reasons I studied social work. I was hospitalized after graduating from high school. I saw so many things I wished I could change, both for myself and for others. Of course, I can't change all things, but I want to help when and where I can.

She's a gray and white kitty I found in a Texas parking lot. She was two-pounds, and full of fleas. She's moved across the country with me, has outlasted two relationships with humans, and, basically, has taught me to be a very devoted cat slave. People have said I should have named her Summer. This way, winters wouldn't be so bad. I lived in Texas when I got her, so Summer was not a good name choice. It would have been like 200 degrees or something. (Smile)

aw! I'm a huge cat fan. An outfit would be incomplete without properly accessorizing it with cat hair.

She sounds wonderful. Hope she might make an appearance in your writing. ;)

The home part is both a blessing and a curse. Sometimes, it sucks to be so close to family.
