Weird, last post got eaten.

8:30 am - bowl of puffs of wheat, water

1:30 pm - healthy request tuscan minestrone, clementine orange, yogurt

6:00 pm - mandaring oranges

7:00 pm - pickle.  Yes,  a pickle

9:15 pm - 3/4 cup Kraft Dinner with tuna, 2 quesadillas (btw, these are quarter tortilla size), pickle, glass of milk

OK. Add some more fruit to your diet please, not just oranges and bananas.

What sorts of veggies & meat are in the tortillas? What kind of tortillas? white? wheat? flax? etc.

What flavor yogurt?

Exercise?

I have no problem with pickles, lol. I just don't buy them because they wouldn't get eaten quickly enough to suit me.

No tea? Hmmmmmmmmmm

Yes, the sunlamp is a good idea however there may be days when you can't use it because you're not home for extended periods (cons for instance) so vitamin d foods will most certainly help in that respect.

Not nitpicking. If I don't ask the questions, leaving them in my head, you won't know what, specifically, I'm wanting to read & for you to eat.
