Well, saw the doc. yay. Big fucking whoop.

Two to four weeks before I see an actual therapist. Since I was referred, at least I should have some coverage for it.

Perhaps also check through your EAP program at work. There might be someone on their list that is on the same one as your Dr and it could be free.
