Update and Hotter than Hell
Ok, lets see where I am.... I have started my moms painting and it is coming along fairly well. Oh, the AC went out for the second time in a week... You see, last week, it went out and they had to get a part for it, we had to wait 3 DAYS!!! You know how much that sucks?! Especially when you live in Texas and the temperature is in the 100's? Yeah, you get the picture. Well, on Sunday night, about a week later, it started blowing hot air 0.O?! We call them, and we have to wait until today to get any service. It sucks so bad. Even sleeping naked (which i'm sure everyone wanted to know) without a sheet and two fans blowing did not help. The bedding that I was sleeping on top of was still wet like someone came and dumped a bucket of water on me as I slept. Isn't there something in the Geneva Convention that talks about cruel and unusual punishment? I have also been drinking water by the gallons so I can stay hydrated, it sucks because we are constantly refilling our ice trays because the ice keeps melting at an accelerated rate.
The good news is that I have been listening to this awesome podcast/radio drama called "We're Alive - A 'Zombie' Story of Survival" and it is Awesome! They are bringing the radio drama into the millennium and in a very good way. I started this podcast a while ago, but could not continue it because it was distracting me from my work... in a good way. Instead of working on a project, I would be yelling at the characters to 'stop fucking around and run!!!' I squee when a new chapter is posted... Not saying anymore, you can just go and check it out for yourselves...
