So the new TV is pretty cool. I like seeing my games. It is a nice bonus feature.

Also, I was looking for a list of 1080p Xbox 360 games, and couldn't find one that had been updated in the last two years. I figured looking at the game boxes would have sufficed, but the resolution listings on the boxes differ from what's on the Xbox.com site. I ( Read more... )

I thought halo 3 ran lower than 1080. Maybe I'm wrong.

Somebody else said that too, but the site says 1080p. Maybe it does run lower, and the game code itself upscales it to 1080p?

According to Bungie, it uses two film buffers that both run at 1152 x 640. That makes it far less than 1080p.

Also, for the record: the 360 upscaled Assassin's Creed to 1080p.

No, but that's the game everybody's been mentioning since I got the new set. I also want to give the new Banjo Kazooie another try, now that I can read the text.
