Yuri comes off as a nonchalant, cynical, sarcastic, and uncaring; but deep down Yuri he's actually very caring when it comes to the trouble he sees before his eyes. Though he may seem indifferent at times, it's more of a cover for his pride. A man who doesn't care to show his emotions so freely, yet his actions show exactly the sort of feelings he has. There's no way Yuri can stand by and watch while people suffer before his eyes. If the people chosen to protect those people can't do their jobs then he'll take care of it with his own hands.

There's a darker side to Yuri, once more he tends to hide the things he knows or the deeds he's done. When justice wasn't being served the way it should have in the case of Ragou and Cumore, he took that justice into his own hands and became a vigilante. He knew what he'd done was wrong, but he was prepared to stain his own hands feeling that what he was doing would help the people Ragou and Cumore were hurting.
