Artes

Yuri uses swords and axes interchangeably. Swords give him a greater speed in his attacks and axes slow him down, though usually hit harder. He's capable of locking enemies into an infinite loop of hits, but of course he won't be able to do that here. His secondary weapon are gloves, so he's capable of engaging enemies with his fist and some of his strikes artes do involve hitting a foe with punches.

He's stated on multiple times that without his Bohdi Blastia he wouldn't be able to perform his Strike abilities, which means most of his strength and capabilities against monsters from from the blastia on his wrist. Though Bodhi blastia is capable of allowing one to use magic artes, Yuri is incapable of learning these abilities.

He's ambidextrous, though even though he can wield weapons in both hands he doesn't take up Judith's suggestion to wield an axe in one hand and a sword in the other.
