Haseo's the kind of guy every teenage hero with a sword should have for a friend, one he can butt heads with sometimes, be cocky and confident with, and test himself against in a spar without worrying about killing him. Haseo present a challenge that's friendly. That's really awesome.

But at the end of the day, I sense a bro relationship forming between them. Casual, never formalized, but they both know without having to say it out loud.

Haseo essentially feels the same way, granted he does think Lloyd is kind of an idiot, but he can tell he's a really great guy, and if he was planning on working with anyone here in a fight, it'd be him. He's amused by him, and kind of struck on how stubborn the two of them are.
