Notes: This is a pretty relaxed week, so nothing much to note.

• Application reminder. Just a quick reminder that applications close on Sunday, August 14 and will not re-open until October. Reservations will also be closed until September 15 and will re-open on that day for the October Cycle. Keep in mind that the October cycle will begin the 7-day app cycle monthly schedule. We'll give reminders at the end of the application cycle as well as when it comes closer to those dates.
  
  
• Peaceful days. Despite those military folk still lurking around, things have returned relatively normal-or as normal as it gets in Somarium.
  
  
• Industrial District open to public. Everything that had been closed down for the past few weeks has now reopened. However, things are a little emptier over there. Kind of creepy

I know I mentioned an NPC post earlier, but things came up and so it's been pushed back just a few days. Again, sorry for the delays!
