... A few minutes later, the resident world foreigner, stumbled over to the younger boy with an empty glass in hand. Noel had just finished her... second glass? Third? She couldn't remember... Oh well, who cares? It was just juice, anyway. Even if it tasted weird the first time, she started enjoying it soon enough. She felt so... jolly. And kind of warm, too. She casually draped herself over his shoulders, her flushed face having the most mischievous grin she could possibly muster.

"Oz~ Hey, Oz~♥" she greeted him, being quite giggly. "I was thinkin'... I was thinkin' that... We don't know each other that well~"

By now, he'd already finished off one glass while attempting to be social with other people, a grin clear and bright on his lips.

Whereas he was just about done his second glass, he was rather feeling rather giddy for the most part and any remotely upsetting thoughts were forgotten. It was only when Noel had come up to him that got his attention, blinking green hues in curiosity when she draped herself over his shoulders.

Not many cute girls ever got this close to him so he couldn't help the small blush darkening his cheeks despite himself, his mind in a bit of a haze right at the moment. "H-Huh? Well.. no~" He chimed back brightly with a small laugh escaping his lips. "Though w-we should, you know~ I'd like to know you better, Noel~"

Of course, of course. Even though Noel technically knew Oz for a year, and despite his botched memories, they haven't talked all that often. That was, like, totally really sad. Friends should be more familiar than that!

"That's right~ Good boy!" she praises him cheerfully, but then slides a hand over to tug a bit at the tie around his neck in attempt to loosen it. "So, let's get to know each very well, okay~? Nice and slowly, O~z~♥"

She practically purrs every syllable of the boy's name into his ear. Help he needs an adult---

Considering his normally abysmal luck with actually getting girls, this was a first.

The praise she'd given him had been more than welcome but the hand tugging at his tie coupled with her words was enough to darken the blush on his cheeks. Drunk.. yes... they were both very drunk... but her purring his name into his ear was very.. VERY distracting.

Excuse his brain trying to process through the haze of alcohol all of this.

"E-Eh? W-What? You... would it really help to know me better? I mean u-us better.. a-and now..?" Oz could only half manage words in his flustered state at the moment, trying to register everything and it not working at all.

It may be for the best of everyone if she doesn't remember this when she's sober. Seeing his reaction, Noel couldn't help but giggle.

"Hehe... You're so cute~♥" she began nuzzling against his cheek. "Of course I mean right~♥ now~♥"

But then... She pulled back with a childish pout.

"Or... are you not okay with someone like me...?"

Though everything was trying to register, all of his thoughts stopped short when she was calling him cute and nuzzling his cheek which only made him blush a shade deeper instantaneously. "Eh? B-But... I..." Coherent words are a bit to come by at the moment, really.

Then she pouted and he blinked a bit before shaking his head repeatedly.

"N-No! It would be great if it was with.. someone like you~! Y-You're very cute, Noel!" Oz nodded his head repeatedly, flailing a bit and meaning every word of it. "Don't you trus' me?"

Now, Noel couldn't help but giggle at Oz's flailing. It was just so adorable that she couldn't stay pouty.

"Aaaa~ Thank you!♥" she pulled him into a big hug, once again all smiles. "Of course I trust you, O~z~♥"

In fact! Since she trusts him so much...

"You've been such a good boy today, so why don't I reward you with a kiss~?♥"

Being that he himself was a fair bit tipsy - though perhaps not all on her level - when she hugged him, it'd been enough to nearly make him lose his balance. Not that he hadn't grinned the whole time, though.

"You're welcome~! I'm just glad that.. that you trust me~"

At the sheer suggestion of that, he blinked almost owlishly before he nodded with a bright smile back on his lips. "I think i'd like that a lot~"

"Heehee~! Then don't mind if I do♥," Noel grinned as her face began to travel dangerously close to his. "Close your eyes, okaaaaaaay~? ♥"

Swallowing deeply, Oz couldn't help but nod softly as he closed his eyes. Admittedly a bit flustered by the idea of a cute girl kissing him at all, his heart racing in his chest and his hands fidgeting softly but his eyes did stay closed as she'd asked of him.

Awww, he's so eager! It's just so adorable.

"That's right~ Just relax♥" she purred before she slowly moved in closer to... give him a small peck on the forehead.

... And now she'll be skipping off and laughing obnoxiously, leaving poor Oz alone and probably confused.
