[ At first, Morgana hadn't wanted to attend, having had a nightmare about a murder happening here and all. But what if she had a chance to stop this, and she didn't do anything about it? ]

[ So, that's how Morgana found herself at the banquet. She was standing by a refreshment table, nervously sipping on a drink that she barely noticed, and anxiously scanning the room, trying to remember every detail of her nightmare so she could somehow prevent the premonition from happening. ]

[ Care to approach her? Warning, this lady is a little jumpy right now. ]

[Despite having noticed that the woman looked a bit nervous, he still found enough intrigue there to casually approach her. Offering a polite smile, he glanced over the refreshment table to see what was offered.] How are you finding the evening thus far?

[ She visibly twitches at the sound of his voice, and then quickly chides herself for being silly; if she can't even notice someone approaching her, how was she supposed to notice -- and prevent, for that matter -- a murder? ]

[ Thankfully, Morgana is quick to compose herself, and she offers the stranger an embarrassed smile. ]

It has been quite charming, actually. [ Which had been quite true, given the circumstances. But there is a small hint of surprise in her voice, as if she'd expected the opposite. ]

My apologies, Miss. It wasn't my intention to startle you. [It was a polite statement accompanied by a smile.]

This is a lovely opportunity for both old and new to mingle. It's quite a nice way to meet new people, really. [And learn about different existences as that was something that still intrigued him.]

There is no reason to apologize, really. It was entirely my fault for not paying more attention.

[ She nods in agreement with your statement. ] It is a very nice idea; I have yet to meet many people here, having just arrived a few days ago.

I am The Lady Morgana.

It's understandable, given the festivity. It's quite easy to get lost in the crowd, so to say. [Especially if someone wasn't expecting another to approach them.]

A pleasure to meet you, Lady Morgana. I'm Arthur. [There was no offense at all meant by his not offering a last name. It was simply that habit dictated that he always simply introduced himself with his first name and that was it.] It seems that you have arrived at just the right time.

The pleasure is all mine, Arthur. [ The name felt strange to say to someone who wasn't Arthur Pendragon. ]

Have you been here long, yourself?

Nonsense. I'm sure it's mutual. [There was a smile that accompanied his words.]

I cannot say that I have. I arrived only this past July, towards the middle of the month. It seems that it was just in time, however.

It is quite the event, isn't it? Almost feels as if I am home.

[ She can't help but make a quick scan of the room before turning her gaze back onto Arthur ]

You look quite at home here; are there events like this where you're from?

It's always nice to have that familiar feeling, especially in a strange place. [Though one could probably argue on how nice of a thing it really is.]

They are. This format is what I'm most familiar with though I'm a bit glad that this seems a bit less exclusive than what I'm used to as it gives more of an opportunity to meet everyone.

[ The format was nothing like anything Morgana was familiar with. But a banquet was a banquet all the same. ]

[ She raises an eyebrow at the word 'exclusive' ]

Oh? How were the banquets back home exclusive, if you don't mind my asking?

[ Her mind is translating his words to him being some sort of nobleman. ]

It would depend upon the banquet though most had exclusive lists of people who attended. Some where a bit more inclusive than others but others had a very select list of individuals. [He was more meaning businesses and their habit of simply inviting employees and other such things.]

[ She nods; the banquets in Camelot range in exclusivity as well. ]

What is it that you did back home, Arthur?

[There was a momentary pause as he smiled. Ah. Now how to phrase what he did...]

I work in business as a bit of a freelancer. I'm quite good at what I do, though, and tend to meet a lot of important people.

[ Real Edgeworth looks exactly like the face she saw in the Dreamberry. Morgana is still getting used to this whole, being able to see other people through a tiny little screen business. ]

[ Regardless, she gives Edgeworth a smile, and a bow of her head ]

A pleasure.

[ She opens her mouth to comment on how beautiful the banquet is, but is suddenly reminded of how she'd already had a preview of it in her dreams. ]
