he is completely freezing as he just stares at the official seal, the color slowly draining as something akin to a look of complete and absolute horror forms.

This seal is lopsided by 2.25 millimeters to the right! It's so horrible I can't...my perfect award...[those. may be tears. starting to form. he really does look completely distraught by this.]
