[It doesn't take her long to get there, and she sees the familiar outfit before fully realizing who it was. It was a little odd, but kind of cool at the same time to see him in something like that...]

Oz! Or should I say...Knight of Seven?

[She giggles saying that - well, she's amused.]

[Such regal clothes weren't entirely too far off from what he wore normally and yet so entirely different that he found himself enjoying being dressed like this.

Upon hearing her voice, he moves to stand gracefully and bow courteously; those years of learning how to be a 'proper' noble had indeed paid off]

You've arrived, my lady Nunnally~

It will be a pleasure to spend today with you~

[When he straightens up, he's wearing his smile again as he can't hide how he's feeling right now, really.]

Hm...what would you like to do today, my knight?

[She's still giggling. This did bring back some memories of home, just maybe from having a knight around her again like this.]

I believe the first thing I had planned was to escort you around Espoir as we take a walk.

The weather's great out today for trying to enjoy the scenery, isn't it~?

That sounds like a fine idea to me. A little breath of fresh air would do me some good indeed.

Then it's settled~

[He holds his arm out in a rather gentlemanly fashion as he steps aside] After you, Nunnally~

[As she urges her wheelchair forward, she bows her head slightly to him.]

You're quite welcome, my lady~

[A grin and he moves to follow at her side as they go along down the path winding through the park]

So, Nunnally. I was thinking... I don't know much about your world or anything like that. Would you be able to tell me more about it?

[incorruption]

Oh, you don't...do you?

[This would be the first time she's ever really told anyone about her world...and she doesn't mind it in the least.]

Do you want to know anything specific before I start telling you about it?

[substrictus]

[Shaking his head, he puts his hands in his pockets of his jacket rather patiently with his gaze never leaving her]

Nah~

Just tell me what you can~

Hm...okay.

[She pauses. Where...does she even begin?]

My world...up until very recently, hadn't been very peaceful or happy at all. Lots of people suffered and died because of a conflict.

[She pauses, stopping her wheelchair as she thinks about it.]

But...recently, things have been changing for the better. At least, I'd like to think so.

[substrictus]

[Somehow. Hearing her talk about her world, in a way it had reminded him of his own in certain aspect. His expression shifted a bit and his smile dissipated slightly, stopping when she did.]

Really?

If you don't mind me asking, just what happened to make things start looking better?

[incorruption]

[...Ah.

What does she say to that? She knew that that was a likely question to her statement, but even so...how does she explain it? She had never opened up to anyone outside of her world before - much less over the whole events that had happened.

Her brother dying...the people cheering...]

Someone assassinated the Emperor. [Her brother.] He, as well as the Emperor before him, were very cruel in the world's eyes. So when the new Emperor died, the throne fell to an Empress.

[She paused for a minute, looking away.]

The new Empress is me. I...wanted, and still want the world to be a gentler place. For everyone that I've met and lost...yes, it's something that I need to do.
