[ Gwendolyn looked over to Tybalt as she coursed through the sky around the Government district. She made sure the communicator with Cid was off before nodding to Tybalt. She wondered why they continued running into each other like this. ]

My caretaker is involved in an aerial attack. I'm giving narration to its movements, so we can track it.

[slight arch of the brow.]

Caretaker? [odd choice of words...]

Do you need assistance?

[ Gwendolyn gave a firm nod at the word 'caretaker', but didn't further elaborate on her choice of words. ] He has been caring for me. [ In that Cid way. ]

[ As for assistance, Gwendolyn didn't know if she needed it, but... ]

An extra pair of eyes never hurts on the battlefield.

[oh well, so long as she's not freezing outside.

but he nods and starts flying forward.]

It's the most I can do unless it goes on the ground. I doubt I'd be able to do much damage to it otherwise.

[he's also keeping an eye out in case he sees someone in need of help.]

I am unsure of what my own abilities could inflict upon the creature. [ Gwendolyn looked out to where it was causing destruction. ] ...But watching it attack...

[ Her fist clenched around her Psypher Spear tightly. ]

I feel as if I could do more than merely fly around it.

[he notes the movement.]

We're at least capable of getting in close range from up here. Perhaps we could see if there is a weak point on its structure.

[ Gwendolyn looked to him and nodded. ]

All right. [ The Princess gave another flap to the wings on her hips, heading towards the statue. ]

There is an aerial assault going on... we should be cautious so we do not get caught up in blows with it. [ ...For now, at least. ]

[nods.]

I had noticed the large...machine. The one you're helping with, I assume.

[avis_immortalis]

It looks like a metal bird, does it not? [ Gwendolyn nodded. ] ...It is called an air...plane.

[armisonant]

An...airplane? Hm. [interesting.

but the statue looks like it's on the move and going further into the city.]

[avis_immortalis]

Its on the move again... [ Gwendolyn adjusted her communicator, in case she needed to get a hold of Cid. ] Lets try and get in closer.

[nods.]

Be careful. I don't think it's noticed us yet, but we don't know what it's capable of yet.

[avis_immortalis]

Right.

[ The silver-haired maiden braced her Psypher Spear in front of her, moving in a bit closer, moving past Noctis as her wings gave a great flap. Her eyes moved over the monster-statue, trying to see if she could see any sort of weak point in between the spinning blades. ]

[while she focused on the blades, Tybalt looked more toward the head area, slowly flying closer. though that was a little difficult due to the air conditions.]

[ It was then, that the monster seemed to turn--Gwendolyn was caught off-guard by the rotation of the blades, and and Princess let out a yell as she managed to dive out of the way. ]

Nngh! [ Gwendoyln kicked her legs up, both of them narrowly avoiding another lethal rotation as she moved around a little helplessly, looking around for the best way out possible. The Princess held up her spear immediately, and the blue crystal gave a shimmer as she closer her eyes. ]

[ A bright, blinding white blast exploded from her weapon, striking against the monster. She was hoping to force it back so she could retreat from the blades. ]
