[well that's actually really relieved to hear one of the higher ups awake.]

Commander Snake, it's good to hear from you again.

But you haven't missed too much other than cryptic warnings and I suppose what could have been a forewarning to this sudden attack.

A few days ago, the statue from the desert had grown and the blades hanging off its arms spinning. Now it has completely broken the barrier.

Not much damage has been done to the Residential District, but it's making its way through the Government now. Its main attacks are from the knives and its body, though there may be more to it. I haven't been able to determine it yet.

I regret to admit that at this point in time I cannot say for sure.

But there must be a way. It does seem to get distracted by various large attacks, and it does take damage. It's not invulnerable.

This most likely will be a battle of endurance until we can make it fall, preferably outside of the city and back in the desert.

There are a number of people fighting and trying to keep it back, so it might not be too difficult. There's also an aerial assault, so you may be able to contact them for further assistance.

That I'm not sure of, but it's most likely the man who runs the hangar in the floating mountain. It's the only one I've seen at least.

We've evacuated most of the residents to the other side of the city in hopes that we may be able to contain it to this side. Stations have been set up throughout the Shopping and Business Districts for aid.

Other than that, I think that's all the immediate information you need for the current situation.
